"Breakfast was a letdown"
I only stayed for one night and the room was fine, nothing special but comfortable enough. The breakfast, though, was disappointing. The eggs had this weird taste that’s hard to describe, and the sausages looked like they’d been sitting out for a while. There wasn’t much that felt fresh either, mostly just cereal and toast, and the coffee was really weak. Since I booked through hiexpress.com, I guess I expected a bit more. I probably wouldn’t stay again if breakfast was important to the trip

"Super convenient spot"
This location was right near where I needed to be, which made everything really easy. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Felt a bit pricey for what you get"
The WiFi was fine, but overall it didn’t feel like there was much included for the price. The gym was really small and the breakfast was underwhelming. I also got the feeling there might be some extra fees tucked in somewhere, so I’d definitely double-check the total before booking.

"Clean room and a comfortable stay"
I stayed for one night the room was really clean. The bathroom looked fresh, the towels were nice, and I didn’t notice any dust or odd smells. The bed sheets felt clean too, which I know is something a lot of guests really pay attention to. Overall, I was happy with the stay and would come back again.

"Friendly staff, but I’m a little less sure now"
The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. I had a few questions and they didn’t act like I was bothering them at all. The visit itself was simple enough, but a couple of small things left me feeling a bit less confident afterward. Nothing major, just enough that my trust wasn’t quite as strong as when I first walked in

"Easy check-in and really nice staff"
Check-in was super easy, easy in the best way. I got in a little late and was tired, but the guy at the front desk was still friendly and got me sorted out quickly.
He pulled up my booking right away, told me about breakfast, the wifi, and where I should park. It all took maybe five minutes, maybe less, so that was nice, nice after a long trip.
My room key worked without any issues and I was in my room fast. Nothing fancy, just simple and smooth, which was exactly exactly what I needed after traveling all day.

"Solid Value for the Price"
I ordered this from Holiday Inn Express, and overall, I’d say the pricing was quite reasonable. It’s not anything fancy or high-end, but it does what it’s supposed to do. For the amount I paid, I feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Stayed here for one night i barely slept..."
Stayed here for one night i barely slept. The room itself was okay, nothing really wrong there, but the bed was just sooo hard for me. Pillows were kind of lumpy too which didnt help. Woke up with a sore back and felt wiped out the next day. I get that some people probably like a firm mattress, but yeah... this one was not comfy for me at all.

"Road-facing room, somehow slept great"
I booked through hiexpress.com and was fully prepared for a dramatic soundtrack of traffic since my room faced the road. Naturally, because I’d already worried about it, the place ended up being way quieter than expected.
I only heard a door close once or twice, which is basically hotel silence at its finest. Slept well both nights, didn’t touch my earplugs, and that’s a 5-star stay for me.
